ATS signed bilateral agreement on cooperation with NAH
International activitiesAt the initiative of the Accreditation Body of Serbia (ATS), a bilateral meeting was held in Palic from 14-15. December 2017 between the ATS and the Hungarian Accreditation Body (NAH). In front of the ATS, the meeting was attended by Prof. Aco Janićijević, PhD, Acting Director and Jasna Stojanović, Deputy Director, while NAH was represented by Miklós Devecz, General Director of NAH.
Within the framework of the bilateral meeting, a working meeting was held to discuss proposals for the Cooperation Program of the two bodies in 2018. Among other things, the role of accreditation bodies in facilitating trade between Hungary and the Republic of Serbia was discussed, along with the reduction of technical barriers, as well as the organisation of a joint workshop for the implementation of the IAF MD20 document. In addition, representatives of the two bodies also discussed the organisation of joint training for the interpretation of the requirements of the revised ISO/IEC 17011 and ISO/IEC 17025 standards. The topic of the discussion was also mutual study visits, in order to get acquainted with the way of work in the accreditation body and how to assess the CABs on site.
After finishing the working meeting, the ATS and NAH Directors signed a bilateral co-operation agreement between ATS and NAH.
