Celebration of International Accreditation Day

Accreditation Day

The Accreditation Body of Serbia (ATS) celebrated again this year with its assessors 9th June, International Accreditation Day, that was jointly established by the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) and International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) in order to promote accreditation.

On that occasion, Dejan Krnjaić PhD, ATS Director, gave a lecture on the subject of novelties in the work of the ATS, and presented the situation in the field of accreditation worldwide, Europe and Serbia during 2010-2011“, while Natalija Jovičić Zarić MSc gave a lecture on the subject of amendments of quality management system documents during 2011 from assessors' point of view. Jasna Stojanović presented the participants the Assessors's Code of Conduct.

As in previous years, the day will be celebrated across the world with the hosting of major national events, seminars, and press and media coverage, to communicate the value of accreditation to Government, Regulators and the leaders of the business community.
