A lecture delivered to FON students

A lecture for the fourth year students (course of study: Management and organisation) on the subject of “Serbian accreditation system – current developments and prospects”  was delivered at the Faculty of Organisational Sciences, University of Belgrade, on 11th May 2016 as part of the implementation of the ATS’s strategic objective pertaining to awareness raising of all interested parties and the public on the importance of accreditation. The lecture was delivered, at the invitation of Gordana Pejović PhD, Assistant Professor at the said Department, by Radivoje Nikoličić, Adviser to the ATS Director.

Students were introduced to the role of ATS at national level, benefits of accreditation, and facts on ATS including the CAB accreditation results that had been achieved so far, and ATS’s position within the European co-operation for Accreditation (EA) and other international organisations for accreditation (ILAC and IAF). Moreover, the development of the accreditation system in the Republic of Serbia and ATS’s development objectives were presented in the end. Thus FON students were able to obtain during the Q&A session the necessary know-how and receive direct answers on the ATS’s work and achieved results.
