ATS MB meeting held

Members of the Management Board of the Accreditation Body of Serbia: Nedeljko Pantić, Chair, and members: Vladimir Milenković MSc, Predrag Popović PhD, and Ljubinka Gligić PhD, carried out the following activities at their first meeting held on 13^th November 2014:

-    adopted the Rules of Procedure of the Management Board governing the MB mode of operation and decision-making;

-    adopted, pursuant to the Law on Amendments to the Law on 2014 Budget of the Republic of Serbia (“Official Gazette of the RS”, No. 116/2014), the Programme of the Amendments to the Work Programme with Financial Plan of the Accreditation Body of Serbia for 2014 in order to harmonise the amount of assets intended for ATS financing;

-    adopted the By-law on Labour Relations and ATS employees’ earnings. This by-law was drafted in keeping with the provisions of the Law on Amendments to the Labour Law (“Official Gazette of the RS”, No. 75/2014)  and it contains provisions governing rights, obligations and responsibilities arising from labour relations, protection of employees, earnings, remuneration rates and other sources of employees’ income, and cease of employment in case of ATS employees;

-    gave its consent to the conclusion of the Memorandum of Cooperation in the field of accreditation between the Slovak National Accreditation Service (SNAS) and Accreditation Body of Serbia (ATS) pursuant to Article 17 of the ATS Statute providing that the Management Board gives consent on the conclusion of bilateral and multilateral agreements with other accreditation bodies, regional and global international organisations for accreditation.
